Captain Peter Frost is a US Sailing certified instructor. Peter provides sailing instruction on “Privateer” or on your own sailboat.
Imagine the confidence you will gain after just a few hours at the helm! Peter and crew tailor each lesson to suit your individual needs, while providing a safe and positive sailing environment.
During a typical lesson you can expect to experience anchoring, proper sail trim, night-time navigation, reefing sail, heaving-to, heavy weather tactics, tides & currents, and much, much more…
Sailing Lessons on S/V “Privateer”
Refine your sailing skills aboard our Cape George Cutter. We sail by the day or by the week. Sail to Alaska, BC, Hawaii, or Mexico aboard our solid blue-water cruiser. She is ready for your next day-sailing lesson or for long-term coastal voyaging. Instruction aboard “Privateer” is $385/day flat rate, except “Privateer” expeditions which include sail training at $1795/wk.
